Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at OXYGEN. We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your premium heavyweight T-shirts. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- Your T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging (our custom OXYGEN premium box).
- You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refund Processing
Once we receive your item at our Sreemoyee Fashion inspection center, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or store credit, if preferred). The credit will appear in your account within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank issuer's policies.
3. Return Shipping
OXYGEN offers free return pick-ups in major metropolitan areas. For other pin codes, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our factory hub, or a flat return logistics fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a T-shirt with print misalignments, manufacturing holes, or sewing defects, please contact us immediately at sreemoyeefashion2019@gmail.com with close-up photos. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement free of cost.
