All graphic crewneck and oversized T-shirts are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India. Sreemoyee Fashion and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
